This darling shabby chic cottage with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath sits on 5 acres overlooking a private lake! Property is fenced and has a barn with entertaining area, horse stalls and tack room for you to enjoy! No where else can you rent a FURNISHED, authentic modern farmhouse like this! Home was crafted by a true artist and has an eye for design! From the thoughtful details, to the true functionality of the space inside and out, you will want to stay forever! Let’s take a walk inside! A quaint front porch leads into a bright and airy space filled with shades of white and linen. Luxury vinyl plank floors compliment the style and are durable for country living! A collection of hand painted furniture, creative lighting and delightful trinkets can be enjoyed in every room! You won’t mind doing dishes since the kitchen window overlooks rolling hills of green and the sun’s rays hitting off the water! Absolutely serene! Such an enjoyable place to cook and visit with family and friends! Shadow boxes on the drawer fronts display nostalgic tchotchkes and a one of a kind island serves as a centerpiece and plentiful storage! The bathrooms have vintage and handcrafted cabinets, decorative mirrors, sparkling chandeliers and stunning tile work. An apothecary cabinet and old sewing box give additional hidden storage! The use of barn doors keeps the spaces nice and open in addition to looking fabulous!!! Outside a tiered, covered porch has outdoor seating and a ton of places to curl up with a cup of coffee and a good book! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat look no further! Howey in the Hills is conveniently located just outside of Clermont/Minneola and minutes from Florida’s turnpike, the accessibility is amazing! A special treat is the Yalaha German Bakery and nearby Mission Inn with Spa Marbella, golfing and amazing restaurants that can be enjoyed year round!
